Dr. Dione Schubach
Dr. Dione Schubach graduated from Pacific University with her Doctor of Optometry degree with Honors in 2008. She is dedicated to providing patients with quality care and a personalized experience and is honored to be responsible for all your eye and vision care needs. Dr. Schubach is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Optometric Physicians of Washington. In her free time, Dr. Schubach enjoys hiking with her husband and two kids. She enjoys all outdoor activities especially kayaking and bird watching.

Melinda Brower
Melinda Brower is our office manager, optician, and insurance expert. Melinda has been with Winlock Eye Care Clinic since January 1991. She Attended college at Northwest University in Kirkland, WA and graduated from William F. West High School in Chehalis. She has over 29 years of experience in the field of eye care. Melinda helps patients with her superb communication skills by scheduling appointments, presenting frame and lens features, and coordinating coverage of insurance benefits. In her free time, Melinda enjoys volleyball, reading, long walks on the beach, and occasionally dancing in the rain.
Jeletsa Cuadra
Jeletsa Cuadra is our optometric technician and optician. Jeletsa’s outgoing personality and drive serves our patients in many ways. She prepares patients for their examination by performing pretesting and specialty testing for Dr. Schubach. Jeletsa also assists in the appropriate selection of eyewear for our patient’s visual needs, performs adjusting, and minor eye wear repairs. In her free time, Jeletsa enjoys spending time with her family, wrestling, and being outdoors.
Nicholas Schubach
Nicholas Schubach is our operations manager. Nicholas is certified by the American Board of Opticianry, a National Contact Lens Examiner, and a Certified Ophthalmic Technician. Nicholas graduated from Portland Community College with an Associate of Applied Science in Ophthalmic Medical Technology. He spent nearly ten years at the prestigious Casey Eye Institute at OHSU working with world renowned researchers, clinicians, and surgeons. Nicholas assists the staff and patients of Winlock Eye Care Clinic by making sure that things run smoothly in the clinic. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music, watching movies, and exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
